Rebecca Stinson is the People & Operations Manager at Patterson & Co, bringing a legal background and a strong understanding of the people and operational requirements of legal practice. While not practising as a solicitor, Rebecca draws on her law degree to approach the day-to-day operations of the firm with insight and precision.

Rebecca oversees internal processes, team support and workflow management, bringing together the people, systems and processes that underpin the firm. She works closely with both solicitors and support staff to maintain an efficient practice and a consistently high standard of client service.
